I’m Maddie, the dancing foodie behind this blog.
This blog focuses on a balanced approach to eating. In the past, I have struggled with disordered eating, and food has helped me heel. Food is not the enemy. It is nourishment that should be cherished and enjoyed, not feared. My food philosophy is one that incorporates all food groups. I don’t believe that any food should be deemed good or bad, as a balanced approach to food leads to a truly fulfilling life. My intentions behind my little space on the world wide web are simple; to inspire you, to make you laugh, and most importantly, to feed you wholesome food that will nourish the body and the soul.
